At Skates, we want you to glide with confidence; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully place the skates and accessories in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
